It's a Girl Thing!!
Have fun - Meet friends - Make a difference
International Order of the Rainbow for Girls is a relevant, fun,
growing and dynamic organization that embraces young women ages 11-21,
motivates them to achieve their life goals, contributes to the development of their character
and values and helps them to make a difference. Rainbow in the 21st century is a center
of excellence in learning and leadership, fun and fellowship and a source of lasting friendships.
Members will realize personal growth and satisfaction gained through service and community involvement.
What is a Rainbow Girl?
Rainbow Girls are young women, ages 11-21, with a desire to have fun, meet new friends and make a difference in life.
Do Rainbow Girls have fun?
Do they ever. Try these activities on for size: dances, bowl-a-thons, talent shows, holiday food drives,
skating parties, swim parties, slumber parties, ski-trips, hospital visits, summer camps, fundraisers,
concerts, carnivals, movie parties, sporting events, scavenger hunts, rafting trips and more!
What are the Rainbow Girls all about?
The short answer: It's all about life and the skills and attitude you need to make it more fulfilling.
We just have more fun doing it. As a Rainbow Girl, you'll learn how to love yourself and others.
You'll be encouraged to have respect for religion and culture. Of course, it's more than just about people,
so you and your new friends will learn how to care for the environment, too.
You'll really learn to appreciate all aspects of life. You'll be challenged to make yourself better.
Keeping your word is a big part of that. Do you love your country?
Rainbow Girls strive to be active citizens who make a difference in their neighbourhoods,
cities, provinces, states and, yes, country. After all, what good is it to learn all of this and not share it?
Where Rainbow can make a difference in your life:
